Went here for a VA appointment which I drove 2 hours for and she wasn’t even there in office nor bothered to call me to cancel. Really inconsiderate

Jane Wells is not objective. She charges a premium and doesn’t even bother to make an in-home evaluation as standard practice in making life changing recommendations that impact families and children. Very lazy. Very biased. Very expensive with very little value add to the situation. She also uses antiquated industry practices now proven not to be all that accurate or helpful in making assessments and decisions on people.
Find someone else unless you are a fan of arbitrary decisions that ignore parental history after the divorce and plain common sense. Your children's favoritism will be taken into account strongly regardless of their age so you might lose parenting time if you're not the one allowing unlimited Xbox time. This woman has a keen talent for making a delicate parenting situation lot worse and turns a blind eye to obvious alienation.
