I just wanted to say Katrina Parker is absolutely a pleasure to work with! She goes above and beyond to help even if she is not in the office. I have all our vehicles/ atvs/ home with Wells. She communicates even if she’s not available. She truly understands the importance of communication!
I have been doing business with Wells for three years. They have continuously cost me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in extra premiums stay away they get you coming and going. Bait and switch on more than on occasion.
Returned calls in a timely manner, worked to get us coverage that fit our needs. Seemed knowledgeable about various products. Not afraid to say "I don't know, but I will find out" I respect a company/agent with humility. Customer service still exist???? Wow! Thumbs up! We saved a significant amount of money. 100's!!!! Getting rewarded for having been low risk for so many years instead of just watching our rates increase with the former company of 14 years is way better!
