My agent at Wells Insurance, Steve Peebles went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out of a bind. I had an accident in June of 2025, and bought a new car, but I was remiss in adding it onto my policy. Despite receiving a warning letter from NCDOT, Steve resolved the issue promptly. I am very devoted to Steve and to Wells Insurance.
Chrystie has been fantastic to work with. Easy process and I felt she was looking out for our interest, even calling to make sure the policy was paid before a hurricane came when insurance had not yet showed receipt of funds from the bank.
Amanda deserves 10 stars today! We were struggling with a carrier for our beach house and she came up with, not only a replacement, but with better coverage AND a lower price, amazing. Thanks Amanda
