Less than "poor." The worst insurance agency of any kind that I have EVER dealt with. They are extremely rude! You can walk into the office which is one open room and they do not even acknowledge your presence - even with they are clearly on a personal call! They are often inaccurate, (emails to wrong addresses, misstating payment plans. - they simply don't give a damn!)
