Great homes I bought my mobile home from them 5 years ago and had a very good experience. They helped with financing, paperwork and any questions I had. I would buy from them again. House is great and service is pretty fast. Recently there was a flood and Wells took very good care of the people affected. They did most of the repairs themselves and were very fast getting to them. The park they run is the nicest in town.
Friendliness is Fake Howard is nice, to get you to buy a trailer. While living in the park he owns, I have not been able to reach him for weeks at a time. The drainage in our area is horrible. Our neighbor has a dog that is left outside and barks constantly, and the visitors park on the grass. Very trashy!! I am not happy with the treatment I have received. BEWARE!
Howard Wells is the nicest man! I had the best experience at Wells Homes and would recommend it to anyone! Howard is the nicest man ever. If you want a great home at a great price don't go anywhere else!
