Do not use this person I paid him 2300.00 for a non working unit that Lloyd would not come and take care of. Will not answer my calls or text.
very pleased with this company. They pulled and repaired a heating unit for my rent house within a couple hours just from my leaving a phone message. I live an hour and a half away and had never done business with him before. I will be calling him anytime I need work done. I would recommend him to anyone who needs this service!
Fantastic company. I was remodeling a six unit apartment building and needed six furnaces installed. They installed all six on time and below budget.
After getting several quotes Wells Heating had the best price and the service was great. All the workers were friendly and very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.
I've done business with Wells Heating & Air Conditioning consistently for years but recently the company did a furnace removal/installation for a unit which was under warranty (Wells advised me of this & saved me a TON of money, I did not purchase the defective unit through them). I contacted this company to service my furnace and find out what exactly what was going on. Two technician were sent to my home in which they informed me the furnace was junk and gas had to be turned off which was perfectly fine. The technician (Jake) wrote me three estimates and they went on their way. Roughly 4 days later (Jake) contacted me about a very nice like new/gently used furnance they could install for $1,300 I agreed for the install.
