Very disappointed in this physician & office staff, especially considering that my husband has been a patient since around 1998. My husband went into a nursing home in 2015. The doctor was aware of this but continued to treat my husband, as recently as 2023. Recently my husband had a serious bowel emergency; while the nursing home medical staff treated him, I called Dr. Wells' office, explained the situation and asked that he call the nursing home because they requested advisement as to what to do & set up a colonoscopy appt... read more
They answer the phones promptly, schedule in a very timely manner, the nurse is very personable and friendly, and the doctor has a great bedside manner. He was on time for my appointment, if not a few minutes early, and listened to my concerns without making me feel rushed. He was also able to schedule further testing within a very reasonable amount of time. The office is clean and comfortable, and has ample parking. Overall, definitely one of the best experiences I've had with a doctor of any specialty in a long time.
