Just don’t get a mortgage through Wells Fargo. I honestly didn’t want to, but I got a mortgage through a small, local bank and they sold it to Wells Fargo pretty quickly. Things have been fine with them for the past couple years up until the last 3 weeks. I’m trying to sell my house and Wells Fargo is not playing nicely with the other bank involved.
