Was closing my account to not do business with these thieves only to be lied to during the process. Jennifer Weber, who is "Personal Banker I" NMLSR ID:1390685 told me no blocks could be put on my account until I finished the process and found out a few days later in the same office by her co-worker Joshua Winselman NMLSR ID:919587 that it COULD be done.
