This branch has horrible service and an attitude every time they have to do something there. They wouldn't cash out my change last time I visited because it wasn't rolled. (Less than $5) Went back to Marah today, who last time said they couldn't take it because "they have to count it too", and magically after swiping my card to make a deposit, they suddenly take change. The employees at this branch are some of the most dishonest, conniving individuals I have ever had the opportunity to meet. Branch Manager Ed Fransham is a manipulative narcissist who lies to, verbally abuses and gaslights his employees. Avoid this branch and Ed Fransham.

Wells Fargo bank in Pendleton has excellent service. I always enjoy talking with the tellers and have always had a good experience. I will continue banking with Wells Fargo.

Every time I walk in, the employees are always smiling and enjoying their life. you could not tell if they were having a bad day, which to me is awesome. When i came in the past couple times, I wasn't in the best mood. I'm dealing with a bit and just coming in they make you feel better just by their smile. It's contagious. The parking on the other hand is a bit stressful. When it's busy, IT"S BUSY! Some times there is a line down Victory holding up traffic. So if you see that, just come back another day. lol

this USED to be my bank. the lines are always terribly long. i was pregnant with twins and they would not let me use a rest room. they offered candy to my child without asking first,

In general I've been a satisfied Wells Fargo customer. However, this particular Wells Fargo branch is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! Two of the managers who work there are two of the rudest and most condescending people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They would not cash a check for me despite the fact that I have had an account with them for over 20 years - they said it was Wells Fargo Policy. Taking down the flag in Los Lunas, NM HAS MADE ME AND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS VERY ANGRY!!! Why is Wells Fargo allowing a few America Haters get their way when there are more America lovers? A simple flag pole indoors properly placed in a in an inexpensive holder wouldn't be too much to ask for would it? Care to reply?

This place is a joke !!!!! I paid cash for a car from one of their customers and it took Wells Fargo 3 months to get me a title. They didn't even give me a title. They gave me a lien release. They lost the title and sent it to the incorrect address. I went to the branch to discuss the matter and they treated me like a criminal and threatened to call the police on me.
