These ppl are VERY VERY RUDE ! I hadn't recvd my debit card & it had been 3 months ! I went in to talk to them in person for the 10th time ... the teller called me a liar ... sayin I gave them wrong address (which i did NOT) ... I got really UPSET & the manager came over & KICKED ME OUT ! I'm disabled & use a power scooter ... this is how they treat DISABLED SENIOR CITIZENS ... they KICK THEM THEM TO THE CURB ! ! ! I NEVER RECVD MY DEBIT CARD EITHER ! ! !
Completely wasted my time because Wells Fargo told me they would cash my check so I gave Wells Fargo 2 IDs so they could cash my check and they said they just needed to call and verify also. Then the manager woman comes out and tells me they can not cash it because they are low on cash. I had the worst and horrible experience at this Wells Fargo branch at Yorba Linda & Kramer location don't do any service with them.. I won't recommend.. they let me wait 30 minutes after telling me that you needed an appointment to get service.. if there're a zero star for customer service I’ll definitely check zero.
