TOO MANY HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH HERE. I CANNOT BELIEVE NOW MANY RULES WELLS FARGO HAS. RIDICULOUS. ALSO, OUR LOAN OFFICER DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON HALF THE TIME. TIRED OF HEARING EXCUSES AND APOLOGIES. WENT TO A SMALLER MORTGAGE COMPANY AND HAD MUCH MORE SUCCESS (and also saved on a lower interest rate too!).
