Average at best We were shopping around for a mortgage broker when we were going to buy our house and we contacted this company. We wanted to know what their rates were for the type of mortgage we were looking for. The person that we spoke to was rude and could not be bothered with our inquiry. Hmmm not sure about Wells Fargo We shopped around quite a bit when looking for a loan and ended up going with Wells Fargo. I do not think I would again, as it was impossible to get our agent to call us back, they messed up documents at the closing and the closing was delayed for hours!! VERY frustrating.
