Do not use Wells Fargo, especially Christopher Figueroa. Promised they could close a deal in 30 days and are now asking for a 2 week extension. My client is at risk and can potentially lose her $10,000 escrow deposit. Christopher is also very rude and unprofessional and does not like to return emails or phone calls.
