absolutely horrible service!!!! On hold for past 30 mins and no one there to talk to me about the home mortgage payment options!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this the time we need the most assistance from the bank .............
I would give negative stars if possible, to begin, the personnel in the office are kind and helpful, however, the actual loan underwriters, or specifically, the one i was assigned, is garbage. Takes vacation during the date that I am supposed to close without letting me know if my loan is approved, declined, or has been passed to another underwriter or manager. Came by today. Office hours state that the office should be open but it is 10:30 am and the office is closed with no one answering the phone. Terrible!
