I am a veteran and I want to refinance my home for a lower interest rate; for some odd reason the mortgage advisor couldn’t explain , I am being steered towards a regular loan verses my veteran loan; I think the veteran loan interest rate was too low for Wellsfargo’s liking.... I am tired of complaining...
Worst company to deal with for mortgages. Been on hold for hours trying to get my online account back up because they locked me out. Since there website was having issues accepting the correct username and password. Women hangs up on me during the verification process because she is a complete jerk when I told her the right answers. Thanks wells Fargo for your poor customer service and support.

Don't bother calling or visiting, no one actually works in the office. It's just a shell so they can do business locally. Called twice and tried to stop by, NO ONE returned my calls and the office was locked with the lights off.
