THIEVES CORRUPT
I have personally bought five homes in my lifetime and I have never received such terrible customer service securing my home mortgage that I have from Wells Fargo. My loan document specialist (Jacqueline Pimentel) would never return emails or answer the simplest questions in any sort of timeliness. This is Unacceptable customer service from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Volusia County and I recommend you look elsewhere for your home mortgage needs.
