Received email at an old email address that had been hacked in the past and no longer use. My email was probably one stolen when Wells Fargo was hacked. Email said Wells Fargo updated my address and if I didn't request this to call. Verified from their website it was a Wells Fargo number so I called since I never contacted them to update my address (it was my current address for the last 2 years). Have no accounts with them. Worst company ever to deal with. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They simply do not care about the consumer at all. You are simply a number to them. I will never use or recommend Wells Fargo ever again!!!

Do not use Wells Fargo Home Mortgage unless you want to end up homeless. I was issued two separate preapproval letters after fully disclosing all information and providing all requested documentation. 13 days to closing, after I had spent $300 on an inspection, $505 on an appraisal, put $1,000 down, and been repeatedly told that we were good to go for our projected closing date they decided to decline the loan.
