I wish Yelp allowed for zero stars. We went with the suggestion of using Frances K. Gauger as an agent, and what a debacle. We knew going into the process there might be some challenges, but Frances told us to go shopping for a home with a $335,000 sales price. She, however, failed to mention until after the interview, that she was going to Las Vegas (this was Wednesday night).
