I recently refinanced by mortgage through Wells Fargo. Matthew Johnson was the Home Mortgage Consultant I worked with to have everything run smoothly. I had never done this before and had a lot of questions that Matthew was very helpful to answer. He walked me through the process and kept constant communication along the way. I would definitely recommend and know that I will be asking for Matthew once I am ready for another refinance in a few years time. Thank you for all of your help!

I worked with Matt on getting the mortgage for our new home. He by far exceeded our expectations. I was able to text or call him day or night if I had any questions. I highly recommend him!

Stopped in to pay off /close my mortgage using the money in my escrow account which was way more than what was left on the loan. The mortgage consultant there said he never heard of that being done and was not possible. I called wells fargo and after a few meunes and pressing buttons my loan is now being paid off with the money in my escrow account. So it possible apparently and I didn't have to pay the remaining balance off like the guy told me I had to do to close my account because they can transfer money from escrow to p... read more

I love this bank. In from Austin Tx and I am going to be here for 3-7 months and couldn't be happier that I don't need a second bank wile I'm here. And it's so close to where I live ... only a 7 min drive.
