A disgraceful lack of communication about a mortgage loan--the worst experience I have had in 20 years of real estate. This lender had the buyer's file for a month and just would not communicate about the status. We weren't advised that the loan fell through until 3 (business) days before the closing & even then, we had to drag the information out of them.
No one answers the phone!
I just talked with David Estes the Branch Manager. He was a great help and took care of me over the phone. A couple years ago, I had restructured my mortgage when they were at the Briarcliff MO location. David did the math with me over the phone and answered everything I needed with 100% satisfaction!
I don't know if there is even a company here. No human response available.
