I don't know if locations make a difference but Wells Fargo is a terrible company. Incompetent fools that can't even get a loan amount right. NEVER use them for anything. One star is too high of a rating.
Worst of the worst, they trained to lie big time, they nice until the end. Sold my mortgage next day to unknown mortgage company in New Mexico called Richard Quintana - CMG Financial. Added late fees and never had any luck to speak with someone. I’m very stupid that I did not listen to my real estate agent when he told me stay away from Wells Fargo.
