Don't trust anyone at Wells Fargo mortgage. Incompetent company. Never use anything with the Wells Fargo name on it.
Go with your local mortgage company. They will never closed on time. Cost me tons of money because we were 3 months late on closing our home. After one month they sold my mortgage to some weird small company in New Mexico called Richard Quintana - CMG Financial, they are worst of the worst, you will never get through calling in for anything, they charged me 3 months late fees and I never been late and I could not get hold of anyone. Be aware of Wells Fargo
