Stay away of this branch. Nothing but misleading information and ZERO help. I had to cancel my refinancing with them. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I truly wish I would have read these reviews prior to using Wells Fargo. I was starting the home purchase process and connected with a lender at WF. Although he seemed very knowledgeable and thorough, nothing I asked for was ever produced by WF. I asked for a pre-approval letter - never happened. Asked for UW approval - never happened. Asked for appraisal money back that they owe me - still hasn't happened. I lost the initial property I was looking at thanks to their ineptitude. Such a great team of employees!! They treated my wife and I so well through the whole buying process. I will be referring all my family and friends!
Wells Fargo should close down their mortgage division, the customer service is horrible. I had the same issues as everyone else on here, they lose everything you send them.
