Last year, the crack team of mortgage folks including FORMER friend, Jim McCarthy, misquoted my closing fees by such a large margin that I lost over $3k at closing time due to lost credits from the seller. Then the corporate team investigated the issue, admitted significant errors were made but chose not to reimburse us. Not only is this bank essentially criminal (like so many others), they're incompetent as well. Bank elsewhere!

They specialized in refusing the loan a few days before closing. You would get a very good experience of how it would feel to have your blood boil on day-n-nite basis. Please DO NOT use their services.
