DO NOT GET A WELLS FARGO HOME LOAN. Long story short they told me lies to get my signature on a loan then blame my old mortgage company for everything. Haven’t been able to get any answers from anyone. Customer service is non existent. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother even getting a quote. Very displeased all around.
bankrupt company. will treat you as a prison number. cannot advise anyone to bank at this company let alone get a home loan. if your loan gets sold to this company - i advise you refinance out of it as soon as you can.
