My mortgage was transferred to Wells Fargo. Tried to setup online payments but was unable to login due to an error. Called to ask and they said they would get back to me. Never received a response. Called to pay over the phone and I asked to save my payment information and they didn’t. Called back about the online login and they said my SSN was connected to another account. Nothing but issues so far....
