I have had a Wells Fargo home mortgage for around 5 years. I have had no complaints up until today. I had edited my own banks on line payment last month because Wells Fargo had adjusted the payment amount for escrow change. For some reason my current months payment was dropped, probably my fault. I received an invoice from Wells Fargo and discovered that last month had not been paid and immediately put in a new directive to pay the last months mortgage including the late fee.
