If I could give this review zero stars, I would. I'm not sure that I could have had a more terrible experience. I took my business to Mike Felton at Wells Fargo with a complicated home mortgage after my original lender realized that her company wouldn't be able to lend on the property the way it was currently titled. He was well informed about the issues pertaining to this particular property, and assured myself and my realtor that he would have no problems completing the loan.
