This is my 2nd mortgage with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and the 1st one was awesome but this one I'm very unhappy with them. I had 18% down and they want PMI for 8 years now #Beware-of-them!!!! Use another lender. They have no respect for their hard working clients or previous clients. Can't wait to refi elsewhere!!!!
