I am writing this to commend Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for their great customer service. My wife and I have been using the Kennewick office for the last 10 years and all of our loans have gone great. We have bought 3 homes and refinanced twice and have always found them to be courteous and hard working and they get the job done. Way to go!
Delivered exactly what was promised. Very satisfied with the service I received I recently used Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Kennewick to refinance my home loan. Initially, I was afraid they would not be able to help me because my home has decreased slightly in value since I bought it in early 2009.
