Too bad they don't have a "negative star", option! This company needs to be SHUT DOWN, pure & simple! They are CRIMINALS, & care NOTHING about the consumer! If you choose to do business with them, beware.
Absolutely the worst mortgage facility I have ever worked with! Have had our house financed with them over four years and even with on time payments they aren't posted and even when I was unemployed for 4 months they say sorry about your luck! We will be refinancing with our local credit union. Don't sign with these individuals. They are deceitful and they tell you one thing and do another! Our situation is proof!
It is very difficult to get someone on phone. Hours of operation are not posted or listed nor would they give them out when I did reach someone. I was told "it depends, what do you need to do" and then I was give the suggestion to go to the Baton Rouge location.
