Onerous mortgage process where they ask for the same emailed documentation 2 to 3 times that they have already received in their email, do not return or answer phone calls, and fail to treat the customer professionally. Very shocked at the treatment being received and lack of any information as closing date slips past without any action from Wells Fargo. Not well.
Wells Fargo is to be avoided at all costs!!! We are now upon our FOURTH closing date and Wells Fargo is no where in sight. No one answers the phone. We have had 3 commitment dates and each one has come and gone with scarcely a second thought. We have been told for 3 weeks that the commitment will come 'today or tomorrow'. Bottom line: Wells Fargo was too big to fail now they are too big to care. Customer service is TERRIBLE.
