If you have a check that was sent to you done through Wells Fargo, you should be able to cash the check at any Wells Fargo even if you don’t bank with Wells Fargo. Maybe another location has more common sense?
Horrible service, i wanted a wire transfer and said i could do it though zelle. I said no i need a wire transfer told me to do it through zelle. Again i said no i need a wire transfer please she said we dont do it here you can do it on your phone. If you dont want to provide custo.er service you should not work in customer service field.
Este es el peor lugar muy mal servicio al cliente, ANDRE COLEMAN nos atendió, muy grosero de mala gana. Mi esposo le hacía preguntas, aunque es parte de su trabajo aclarar nuestras dudas, contestaba muy feo como enojado. Tal vez porque somos hispanos. Jamás volveré a este lugar.
