TRASH!!!!!!! THE MANAGER AND TELLER ARE BOTH SO INCOMPETENT, LAZY, AND RUDE!! I went in to cash a policy cancelation check issued from Wells Fargo Bank. They refused to do so the excuse was they didn't have the funds!! It was 5000.00. I went up the street to the Wells Fargo in Duncanville and check was cashed with excellent customer service.
I give this Wells Fargo five stars For one reason Tia Fagan - the representative that helped me today. Such kindness and respect and intelligence just the upmost employee this company is very blessed to have such an amazing worker. I pray they don’t take her for granted because good workers of this kind are far and few. Thank you Wells Fargo for having great customer service such as Tia Fagan sometimes it’s not the company it’s the workers that make all the difference and this is the case here at this branch!
Ms. Sharon is an amazing individual; she’s always smiling , courteous , patient and most importantly professional. She’s an amazing asset to this team
Customer service was poor. We waited to be seen while an employee looked at us. She provided a fake smile and then said "I'm so sick of them" in Spanish. Had i not known the language, I wouldn't be writing this review. Not sure of who "them" she was referring to, but my accounts may be moved soon.
