I thoroughly hate this branch and they are the prime reason I'm considering switching banks. They are unprofessional, slow, and the ATMs never have any money in them. Most of the time they have the drive through closed too.
Claim opened on 02/23 because $300 I tried pulling out my checking account did not dispense, yet the amount is deducted from my balance. It’s been a full day and no response or money returned.

This has to be the worst Wells Fargo ever! Its closest to my house there is always only 1 teller for the i side working and 1 teller for the drive thru working. Both atms NEVER take $100 bill deposits it always spits it back out so you have to go through the drive thru or inside witch is gonna take a whole day to get done! Dont waste your time stopping just drive the extra 5/10mins and go to the midlothian or duncanville location
