No drive thru ATM... seems kind of unsafe for customers
I’ve been with Wellsfargo for more than a decade. I walked in the bank wanted to see a banker to apply for a loan in person. One of the tellers told me i could just do it online and no banker is available to help. Dude, if i want to do it online, why would i need to drive to your physical location. I decided to take business somewhere else. US Bank across from street has a walk in system for you to meet a real person, and the staff is very polite and useful.
After my debit card got skimmed I tried to log into my online banking app. It took so many captcha windows along with a full cookie jar, I started to get upset. So I stormed down to the bank to find the queue backed up. I approached a humble young lady at the window. She couldn't help me because she was filling in from the drive up window. (some bank regulation). I got frustrated and berated her. Saying "if she couldn't help anyone she should go back to the drive up window". And she did. Horrible customer service by the banker will never go to this location again. I reached out to higher ups on this service I hope the service gets corrected
