They don’t answer the phone. Then are rude when you need help in person.
If your trying to do anything at Wells Fargo they will not take the OFFICIAL My Colorado ID which is an official id tender provided through the state of Colorado!
Poor customer service came in for simple wire transfer no one waiting they have me waiting no customers.
Gotta say, had a great experience at the Garden of the Gods branch today. I was at DMV and loan satisfaction letter that Wells Fargo Auto Loans had sent did not have a signature line as required by CO DMV. I explained this to the branch manager Shauni and she wrote a new letter on Wells Fargo letterhead that satisfied the DMV requirements. This was really above and beyond considering I don't actively have an account at Wells Fargo. Thank you Shauni, you made my day!
