The garden of the gods rd location has got to have the absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The older lady who works the desk is the most incompetent worker of all time. It is SO HOT in this place! I have been there 3 times recently and the AC must be broken or something because every time I go in, I am sweating. I can't even stand to be in here. The staff are trying their best but I can tell it is uncomfortable for them too. The staff and customers deserve better than this. Why is the AC not getting fixed?
