I have banked with Wells Fargo since 1994. Recently it took me 9 hours over 3 visits to get my name put on my Mom’s accounts so I can manage her money and bills, even though I had all necessary documents. I asked them to do another banking transaction and was told my POA does not allow it, even though 3 lawyers told me it does. I asked for documentation that I had tried to do this in case I needed it for court and was told I’d have a letter within 2 days. That was the end of March and I am still waiting. Not a great experience when cashing a check here. Instead of politely explaining that I needed a second signature, Robert chose to lecture me about why they couldn’t deposit it. I was misinformed when I first brought the check in, and left feeling like a second grader, still holding my check. Additionally, I have been a customer for over 15 years. The location is also inconvenient. I won’t be returning.
Worst customer service ever. Would not even speak to me without an appointment. So much for being a customer for 26 years.
