Haven’t had problem like this branch I repeated my self multiple times I wanted cash and deposit and the lady Gitzeila just deposited for that I could have just gone to the ATM or mobile deposit but needed my money now and now I have to wait until Tuesday because today is Saturday they really need to pay attention to what we ask and it was three simple words CASH AND DEPOSIT that was asked for. Don’t ever come to this place!!! While making a deposit for a Billion Dollar company the business account line was infested with wasps… over 100 wasps, I’m allergic to bees /wasps and notified the teller that I cannot send the deposit through the feeder tube… The teller was very rude and yelled at me , I politely asked for the manager and then the manager said nothing we can do about that and to go elsewhere!!! I drove up for a simple deposit there was no cars waiting and the teller named Rhonda had a terrible attitude, she didn’t even acknowledge I was there until I pressed the call button. She then acted like I was bothering her when I asked her to cash and deposit so the funds would be available the same day she said she couldn’t do that. Come to this branch approximately 15 minutes before the closing time with the attention of making a deposit. To my suprise, I was informed by a manager that the deposits were no longer being accepted because they already closed the book for the day. Despite my explanation and plea, i was turned away without the opportunity to complete my transaction.
