They just opened the new building here next to the old building about a month ago. New building is really nice and we'll designed. Of course the staff and the service is the most important thing. The employee Will is a superstar. Walked in and was greeted right away, he was super helpful and personable, and handled my transaction very efficiently. Will be using this location more often, thanks!
I’m going through a difficult financial period and experienced an issue with my debit account. Tisha Cuffee was able to quickly and efficiently solve my dilemma, all while maintaining a very welcoming and professional atmosphere. Today I when to the branch to open an account. Victor was not friendly. He didn’t seem like he wanted to be there at work . He didn’t fully explain the products or benefits of the account . He didn’t mention the savings account which was also something I was interested in opening . This has been the worse experience I had when it comes to banking. If I could rated o stars I would but that’s not an option .
