I arrived in the banks lot at 10:00am on a Tuesday. There were three lanes open with a car in each lane. It took until 10:15am for a transaction to be completed and a car to leave. I pulled up and sent my deposit slip, with money and ID at 10:16am. The teller had no questions or concerns. My transaction was completed at 10:24am. I cannot understand why it takes 24 minutes to complete a drive-up transaction. I will not be returning to this Wells Fargo.
I did not enjoy my time at this wellsfargo, sabrina assisted me and was not caring or communicative on instruction for my deposit or withdraw. After taking more time than necessary, then continued to question my identity. I come to this drive-up window often and have not ever had my identification questioned.
Horrible bank I am closing my account the service is so poor!
