They keep stealing money and refuse to correct their horrible mistakes. My vehicle loan was put on a 6 month deferment without our permission or request, on paper and on our credit, however all payments were made on time, they show our payments on the payment history and refuse to update our credit report. 6 months of payments not applied and we are forced to pay the incorrect interest on the balance of our loan. online is aweful. I can never get my balance to match their balance amount. Seems its always more each month in interest. I would post a negative if possible. We will never bank with them again.
My car was totaled and we had to pay the payment before it was 30 days due as we were waiting on the GAP coverage to pay it off. We paid it on August 16th and it would've been 30 days on August 18th. Its now showing 30 days past due on our credit and when I called and spoke with Chanelle in Wells Fargo Escalations that since we requested our refund overpayment be mailed to us, they reversed the payment on August 19th, and since it wasn't paid in full by our GAP on August 21st its now showing 30 days late. Worst bank known to mankind. Never help you out with anything. Not trustworthy, never have clear answers. They should be shut down.
