My ATM card was skimmed, I called to report a withdrawal from my account at a Wells Fargo ATM two states away., they did NO investigation said because my card was in my possession there was NO Fraud they closed the case the same day! On March 5, 2026, my business bank account was compromised when my login credentials and phone number were changed without my authorization. I was locked out of my account and immediately contacted Wells Fargo’s fraud department. While I was on the phone reporting the issue, an unauthorized Zelle transfer of $1,800 was sent from my account in real time. The representative confirmed the transaction during the call. Wells Fargo Corporate . They blocked all my debit cards from my accounts and left me without any follow-up because I had claims. be aware. So last minute, they leave me without debit card that horrible Horrible Horrible service, they never even leave me with 1 spend my own money with my own account be aware
Merchant says price is $20; merchant takes credit card and processes it, then hands credit card back. Find out days later I was charged $400. After disputing, Wells Fargo says they are not responsible and cannot withhold payment, but FCBA says otherwise. Do not trust WellsFargo. I am considering a lawyer now. Anyone with similar issues should contact me so we can start a class action lawsuit.
