My boyfriend and I went to this location for information about a personal loan. The banker we were put with was Gina. She was upfront about being "just out of training" and she was learning. Long story short, she initially gave us the wrong information and direction on what we should do and what our options were. She suggested a new credit card for a balance transfer. Today is July 11th 2026. I had the worst experience possible with this branch today. Their was a very disrespectful black woman named "Chan" she is the teller that is furthest to the right.( Understand I'm black also)She kept speaking to me and I wasn't even at her window. Just disrespectful and degrading instead of stooping to her level and being rude back to her I chose this method. I most definitely will be contacting the corporate office about this.
I have been a customer with Wells Fargo for nine years. I had great experiences in Charlotte and Arizona. I went to this branch yesterday with a check for a mobile home I had just sold. I was honestly scrutinized and treated like a criminal. I was initially told that the check would be placed on hold which I completely understand. However today I received notification that the check would be held up to 45 days. I do come this location to exchange for our business almost six years. Never had issue till today. Manager who is Maria did not seem to help me at all, even tho they do have our business account with them they told me that they can’t help me.
