I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with how my recent appointment to open a new business account was handled. I scheduled this appointment eight days in advance. Two hours prior to the scheduled time, I received both a text message and an email stating that my appointment had been canceled, with no explanation provided. Just as others customers said- I came in early in AM to change my name and wanted to make an appointment for another day. All the ‘bankers’ were ‘booked’. I was willing to wait but how long does it take to change a name? I cannot wait to move my money and close my accounts!
Incredibly rude. "Too busy" "You need to make an appointment" "Call the number on the back of your card" Zero guidance. Truly, it is sad to see such a poor level of commitment to service. Disregard is so unbecoming, we drive to Lewisville location because they are so easy and so accomodating and offer a superior experience not only as a bank but as humans that are just overall more kind.
Super slow bank and the bankers doesn't look like they are interested in working there.
Imani is amazing, and extremely inciteful. I had a complex situation I needed help with and she was able to help me through the situation professionally and with a smile. A tense situation was made much easier. I highly recommend this branch and her personally for your banking needs. When you need someone to trust, and you’re looking for a place you want to do business with your money, put this at the top of your list.
