I have been a customer with Wells Fargo for nine years. I had great experiences in Charlotte and Arizona. I went to this branch yesterday with a check for a mobile home I had just sold. I was honestly scrutinized and treated like a criminal. I was initially told that the check would be placed on hold which I completely understand. I do come this location to exchange for our business almost six years. Never had issue till today. Manager who is Maria did not seem to help me at all, even tho they do have our business account with them they told me that they can’t help me.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with how my recent appointment to open a new business account was handled. I scheduled this appointment eight days in advance. Two hours prior to the scheduled time, I received both a text message and an email stating that my appointment had been canceled, with no explanation provided. Just as others customers said- I came in early in AM to change my name and wanted to make an appointment for another day. All the ‘bankers’ were ‘booked’. I was willing to wait but how long does it take to change a name? I cannot wait to move my money and close my accounts!
Incredibly rude. "Too busy" "You need to make an appointment" "Call the number on the back of your card" Zero guidance. Truly, it is sad to see such a poor level of commitment to service. Disregard is so unbecoming, we drive to Lewisville location because they are so easy and so accomodating and offer a superior experience not only as a bank but as humans that are just overall more kind.
