This has been the worst banking experience I have ever encountered. The service at this branch is extremely disappointing, and based on my experience, it is not surprising that the branch currently holds a 2.0 rating. I had a scheduled appointment at 4:00 PM to open a credit card. I arrived at 3:56 PM and informed a staff member of my appointment time. I had friendly bankers and tellers
Had to go to Wells Fargo on a busy Friday to get a bunch of things done. Vinh at the counter was excellent! So knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Shina was also very helpful. Could not be happier with our experience.
Couldn't fulfill my foreign currency order despite it being the estimated date of arrival on the app. Couldn't cancel my order or help in any way.
