Couldn't fulfill my foreign currency order despite it being the estimated date of arrival on the app. Couldn't cancel my order or help in any way.
The teller named Shina is arrogant and disrespectful, to say the least. I went to the drive-through window and saw me and he kept on doing other stuff. Getting up and coming back to the window and never said a word. Few minutes later, another car pulls over on the other drive-through lane besides me. He starts greeting them and serving them. I kept waiting and and when I saw he isn't bothered and ignoring, I just left.
I too have been with this so called bank since 2005. Save your self a headache and skip getting involved in the place. I was warned nyears ago but gave them the benefit of the doubt. They have made a serious mistake with my account. They just told me sorry we did bad we can't fix it but we are very sorry. This was not what you want to hear. Hope they start hiring responsible employees. I also will say go with your local credit union. Unless you want to be walked on.
OMGod!!! Never in my life dealt with a bank like this. I am a disabled senior woman who uses a mobility scooter. I came in to get change for a one hundred dollar bill for the fair tomorrow. I didn't even get fully into the bank and an IDIOT with a clipboard tackled me and asked why I was there. I told her she asked if I have an account with them which I do but haven't accessed it in years due to problems with the bank being so rude. I have been going to this branch for 31 years and have never had a problem in branch or drive-thru. Staff have been very helpful and friendly. And making on-line appointments is very easy just need to know how to do it.
