I have been going to this branch for 31 years and have never had a problem in branch or drive-thru. Staff have been very helpful and friendly. And making on-line appointments is very easy just need to know how to do it.

I went to their drive through at 10:47am. I was the only one in line and I saw one person inside being helped at the counter by two employees. After waiting for 3 minutes at the drive thru window (no one was behind me or before me), I saw that one of the front counter ladies saw me and asked what I needed. I wanted to withdraw $95 from my checking; usually I would do an ATM but usually you can only get 10s, 20s, etc. After I was given a withdraw slip and they took my check card and driver's license, I filled it out and then ... read more
Took my entire lunch break to cash my paycheck and I was 3rd in line
Stopped by on Thursday, May 8, 2025 because it was on my way home. I carried in $350.00 (2 hundreds, 5 twenties, and a 50 dollar bill to deposit it in my account. I was hand d a receipt but didn’t look at it until after work on Friday May 9, 2025. It showed that I had withdrawn $350.00, instead of handing them a deposit. I also checked my account online and it shows a $350.00 withdrawal, so now I’m down $700.00.
