Got there at 4:55 they close the bank early
Don’t use this bank unless you like giving away your hard earned money. With recent changes to the app, you can’t see what you need to do to avoid monthly fees. And of course, they change the requirements for that and you suddenly owe them $15. So glad I closed my accounts with them recently and moved on to less scummy banks.
This has been the worst banking experience I have ever encountered. The service at this branch is extremely disappointing, and based on my experience, it is not surprising that the branch currently holds a 2.0 rating. I had a scheduled appointment at 4:00 PM to open a credit card. I arrived at 3:56 PM and informed a staff member of my appointment time.
