I have seen other reviews; I want to say why I seem to have been treated differently, but I have banked there since 1998. Tellers were very friendly bought an employee who wanted to open an account Unprompted was told by Henri that I need and appotment hostile body language and attitdue toatlly stunned told him I would wait was service by another manger in less then 15 minutes. Tellers are very professional and friendly; wish I had recorded
