Had an excellent experience with Jaymini at this location. I had a difficult transaction that other locations seem to always have problems with, but Jaymini made the situation seem like a breeze. I opened up my business and personal checking and savings accounts with this bank almost ten years ago now and it floors me that they provide the minimum level of service for their long time customers. I have had to come in on 3 separate occasions for a transaction only to now be told there is no one in the office to help me. I need to come back a 4th time after making an appointment. What’s the purpose of a bank branch if no one can service their walk-in customers?
This location deserves some praise! They are always friendly, kind, and helpful. I appreciate how reliable they are.
