Okay, so bank's are trying to make money too on the side by charging non-customer a fee for cashing their check that are written out from their company payroll. I went to this financial institute do to my employer payroll account is thru this bank Wells Fargo, and at the tellers was told there was a fee of $7.50 to cash my check do to I did not have a personal account with them. I understand not having an account but if my employer has an account with them than there shouldn't be a fee to their employees. Mind you on the che... read more
Called ahead (I uave a business accojnt with them) about a service and when I went to the branch they were hostile in regards of the type of service. Never call ahead because the communication problem they have will make them lose business.
Terrible customer service never answered my call no matter how much I tried. All i needed was an answer to a question, but i’m glad so now ik to never get a bank account there.
Warm, patient, courteous and helpful..no problem here
