Poor management. The manager and supervisor at this location are unwelcoming and highly unfriendly and quirky, to say the least.
This is a terrible location for a bank. Some guy hangs out outside ready to hassle you able parking. I wouldn't recommend this one. I just want to run in take out money or deposit it and leave. That's it. The parking is somewhere down stair or around the corner or somewhere inconvenient. Plus the lady mentioned something about validating parking or something........
Although I don’t bank here I must say this might be one of the best banks in the world
This location deserves zero stars . I booked an appointment online , there was a section to leave a comment stating the reason for the appointment so I did just that . Upon completion It never stated to whom the appointment was with or an option to extend time . I get there a banker is telling me she doesn’t have enough time for my appointment because she has someone else . She also told me what I came for was one hour long and my appointment was only scheduled for 30 minutes . Now how on earth would I know how long it takes... read more
