This branch is rarely busy the tellers are fast and attentive
Very unfriendly and unprofessional management and stuff. Herbert Wu is completely useless and rude. Was mainly concerned about upselling banking services vs solving my problems. Total waste of time. Avoid this place.
I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment, but still met with a banker right away. Plenty of open spots online. Jake was very kind and helpful, and patiently helped with my requests. Definitely underrated place.
