I walked into this branch today to make some changes on my current account. Jillian welcomed me and quickly understood what I needed. She professionally went thru my account and made the change in about 15 minutes. Really appreciate her great help here.
Terrible customer service. I went here for a wire transfer. There was only one teller and one banker because the others were at lunch. The teller told me that I would need to wait about 30 minutes for someone to get back from lunch. The manager was sitting at his desk by himself…not helping another customer. The teller asked the manager if he could help and he refused confirming that I would need to wait the 30 mins. Horribly ran & unprofessional four other employees only have one teller open and want customers to do their job . Answer questions with 0 accurate information.
Every one is lazy.
One of the most irresponsible banks I’ve ever seen. I scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance, and even received a text message one hour before confirming to be there at 10:00. When I arrived, they casually told me no one was available to help me, and even lied saying they had called me twice with no answer. This experience made me close my account with this bank. If customer service and accountability matter to you, do not waste your time with this bank.
