Excellent service, particularly Ms Michelle Ly has been very helpful and sincere. Thanks.
Very poorly organized. There are many open windows, but only one employee is working. Because of this, a long line forms. I don’t understand why with so many windows available, only one person is serving customers. It’s terrible and absolutely inefficient. It’s not understandable.
Slow service and no ATMs inside the branch. Every time I have to go to this branch I wait forever just to talk to the sole teller that is working.
