First time ever leaving negative review, not something I’m comfortable doing, but thought it might help me in this situation. My eldest brother passed away in January of this year from cancer while living in California. I’m residing in NJ and having been flying out to wrap up his estate. While in the process of taking care of his affairs, received a letter from Wells Fargo about renewing his safety deposit box. This was news to me because he did his banking with Bank of America. First time in this branch. A few steps in, and while I’m scanning all the teller stations in front, and even before reaching ‘wait here’ sign, a young lady on the left addressed me saying ‘good morning, I can help you here’. So I headed to her desk. She was counting some cash which she put away on the side. I was only making a straight deposit.she ran the checks through her machine, counted the cash and handed me my printed receipt. She then took care of another of my transactions and I was done. Horrid Management, unorganized and acts like it's his first job ever. Paymon or Paymin was unhelpful and didn't have the answers to any of my concerns. Luckily their tellers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it was my turn. Especially Krystal who went above and beyond and was able to answer all my questions and I was able to leave quickly. Overall: Good tellers, Bad Manager
