Today I had the pleasure of working with Cathy at Wells Fargo, and I have to say, she really exceeded my expectations.She took the time to listen to what I needed and gave me some great advice that helped me figure out my financial options without any stress. She is an absolute asset to Wells Fargo, and I do believe Cathy really deserves a raise for her incredible service. If you want somebody knowledgeable and really caring about helping you out, then nobody can match Cathy. Thanks, Cathy, for making everything so easy!
What started out as good turned out to be bad. The branch manager and banker that opened my account was very thorough and did an excellent job. However after using my account for a month they didn't like it and they ended up closing my account without any explanation at all. Everything you hear about Wells Fargo in the news is true. They are a terrible bank and they have all these lawsuits against them and federal regulation issues for a reason. Stay away from Wells Fargo.
