I've never been treated so poorly by a manager of a bank. Went in with a problem, they were not going to help with it. The bank manager was beyond rude!!! I took my business to a different bank!! This is at the New Berlin WI branch!!! Don't even bother!!!!

I've been here countless times and all good. But today I attempted the drive thru on Mon at 4:25pm. All lanes were closed even though they have a sticker on the window saying they're open until 5pm. Looking thru the window I saw only 1 teller working. Maybe it was just today, and they were understaffed. Also their ATM is in one of those 1-person 5x5 "airlocks" OUTside of the bank. Good because it's 24/7. Bad because you DON'T know who was in there right before you. 🦠
