How is one supposed to pay back the bank when he was not notified that he no longer has a checking account to deposit his paycheck and the teller will not retrieve a banker to discuss the matter? How is it possible to receive a notice on the 26th that his account was closed on the 25th? I ordered checks and no deposit slips. The checks were $175 and after opening a 2nd business account, no one calls you with an update . Then they ordered an endorsement stamp for the wrong company and after I called 3x ,still no one . avoid this bank like the plague . and 5 years later still in competent
I've never been treated so poorly by a manager of a bank. Went in with a problem, they were not going to help with it. The bank manager was beyond rude!!! I took my business to a different bank!! This is at the New Berlin WI branch!!! Don't even bother!!!!
