Believe me or not . Spanish woman is manager today I tried to withdraw from my Acount in drive through … she said send me your ID. I tried to close the car window the weather was hot, she said my behavior was rude and I have to leave the bank . I will close my account … I have been customer for 8 years …. I don’t know why Wells Fargo hires such crazy employee and loose their customers.

I had a terrible experience. I opened my business account online. I received a letter that my ID and other documents needed to be verified. I scheduled an appointment at the Wells Fargo location on 7846 Long Point Rd, Houston, TX 77055 and brought all the documents. I was helped by Sofpia who had no idea what she was doing. She had to call customer service so they would tell her what to do. After that I received another letter that I needed to verify the same documents.
